Rhi & Ben
A few weeks ago I shot a lovely wedding which started just around the corner from my studio in Pencoed. I met Rhiannon and Ben almost two years ago, its seems like an a lifetime ago, but time flies when you’re planning a wedding and its not unusual to take a booking so far in advance. They had their wedding ceremony in a lovely little church in Newton, Porthcawl and then we hit the beach. Well we went on to the slipway!!! I had help on this wedding from a wonderful photographer called Jenny. She had met the groom early before meeting up in Newton.
The reception was the real mcCoy! Miskin Manor knows how to put on a good show and they didn’t let it slip for Rhi & Ben…the weather also played ball. Their first dance was performed by a band which they had brought all the way from the South coast. I can see why they chose them as they were epic.
So their big day has been and gone and its down to me to sort their images out and design an album which I’m sure they will treasure and pass on to generations to come. The images are all ready to go and I have just finished designing their album. I’ll now be nervously awaiting their feedback as I always do. Art is very subjective and photography is no different.
It always feels good to see the images in an album…makes me feel happy.
Here’s a few of my favourite images.
